The apartment has the following items available for guests: • Two folding bicycles • Two helmets • Two chains with their respective padlocks and keys. Important: - It is NOT advisable to leave bicycles out of reach and sight, nor parked on the sidewalk since they can be stolen by someone else. - It is mandatory to leave bicycles secured with a lock and chain inside a private parking EVERY TIME you need to park them. Their care will be each guest's responsibility. - If after use the bicycles present any damage, each guest will be charged for the repair cost. - If the bicycles were stolen outside the apartment, the guest will be charged the sum of USD 300 for loss/theft of the bicycle and accessories (chain, helmet), as applicable.
